The team member you speak to will be the one you deal with from start to finish, liaising on your behalf with any other areas of the company that may be required to facilitate your request or query.

Where we can't answer an issue for you or provide a support solution on the spot, the team member you speak to will take personal responsibility for your request giving you regular feedback until such time as it is resolved.

What's more, we never close off any request or enquiry until you're satisfied with the outcome.
